Intake & Assessment

Client’s first session will be an intake session. Intake sessions typically last 60 minutes.

Fee: $180

Individual Therapy Session

All subsequent short and long-term sessions are billed as individual therapy sessions. Individual therapy sessions typically last 50-55 minutes.

Fee: $150

Insurance

We are currently taking Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna, Optum/United Healthcare, and Cigna/Evernorth.

Self-Pay

If you do not have coverage, are out of network, or prefer to pay outside of insurance, we are able to bill you individually for sessions at the fees listed above.
